ShoofMe License Agreement

1. Ownership and Copyright

All images and content available on ShoofMe are the property of ShoofMe or its contributors. They are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

2. License Grant

By purchasing or downloading an image from ShoofMe, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to use the image for personal or commercial purposes, subject to the following restrictions:

  • No Resale or Redistribution: You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the image.
  • No Unlawful Use: You may not use the image in any way that is illegal, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.
  • No Modification of Copyright Information: You must retain any copyright notices embedded in the image.

3. Permitted Usage

  • Social media posts
  • Website design
  • Digital products (e.g., presentations, templates)

4. Prohibited Usage

  • Resale or distribution of the image as a standalone file
  • Using the image in a trademark or logo
  • Use in any pornographic, defamatory, or unlawful material

5. Liability and Indemnification

ShoofMe is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the images. Users are responsible for ensuring their usage complies with applicable laws and regulations.

6. Termination

ShoofMe reserves the right to terminate the license if the user violates any terms of this agreement.

By downloading or purchasing an image from ShoofMe, you agree to this license agreement.
